SIERRA RESTAURANT
Defined by architecture, grounded in material, unified in copper.

Copper Bars, Table Surfaces & Wall Cladding
Sierra Restaurant is defined as much by its architecture as by its interiors. The building sits elevated, opening outward to the landscape, with long structural lines, exposed framing, and a strong horizontal presence that gives the space a clear identity from the outside in.
Inside, that structure carries through. The scale is generous, but still controlled — nothing feels overwhelming. Wood, brick, and steel set the base, creating a grounded, architectural backdrop that feels solid and intentional.
Copper is introduced across the bar, tabletop surfaces, and wall cladding, adding warmth and continuity throughout the space. It doesn’t compete with the architecture — it works with it. The finishes pick up the ambient light and shift subtly depending on where you stand, bringing depth without adding noise.
There’s a balance between openness and intimacy. Large volumes, but comfortable. Defined, but not rigid. The space moves naturally, both visually and physically.
It’s the kind of place where the architecture does the heavy lifting — and the materials follow, reinforcing the atmosphere rather than trying to define it on their own.
