BRINKERHOFF

Built around warmth, material, and a sense of gathering.

Castle Rock, CO
Copper Bars, Tabletop Surfaces, Host Stations & Wall Cladding

The Brinkerhoff is built around family and the idea of people coming together. There’s a mix of American and Mexican influence, but it doesn’t feel forced or overly conceptual — it just comes through naturally in the space.

The layout is open and easy to move through. Nothing feels rigid. You can tell it was designed to be used, not just looked at. Materials do most of the work here. Copper shows up across the bar, table surfaces, and wall panels, bringing warmth and a kind of consistency without trying too hard.

Light shifts the space throughout the day. In some moments the copper feels bright and reflective, in others more muted and grounded. Over time, the surfaces start to pick up subtle changes from use, which adds to the character rather than taking away from it.

It’s not a place that relies on one single element. Everything works together — the layout, the materials, the atmosphere. It feels considered, but still relaxed. The kind of space that makes sense as soon as you’re in it.
